Wow! What a week in politics. I have listened to many co-workers comment over the last few days on their views on if the fight on terrorism will continue over the next four years. Regardless of individual opinion, it is important to remember that God is sovereign over all things. This includes the presidential election. We read in Psalms 103:19 that: “The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all.” Regardless of who is ruling the United States, God’s kingdom sits above and rules over all nations. Wayne Grudem in his book, Bible Doctrine, reminds us that, “God has a purpose in all he does in the world and that he providentially governs or directs all things in order that they accomplish his purpose.” God can change the heart of any man. God can also use the choices and leadership of any man for his divine purpose and good.
It is my opinion that we should not fear whether the fight for terrorism will continue. Regardless of who is running the county, there are men and women who are dedicating their lives to protecting this nation. Patriots sacrifice sleep and time with there loved ones so that every American can rest assure that the government is keeping them safe from domestic and foreign terrors. The next President may not be as open about the efforts of America hero’s; however, I assure you that Americans will still be fighting and moving ahead in winning this global war on terror.

This is the Marriott Hotel in Pakistan. It was attack by a VBIED (Vehicle born improvised explosive device) this past September.
Evil is real, yet we can never blame God.
"As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today." ~Genesis 50:20
